Inter-Roller's highly automated Carton Handling Systems are used in a diverse range of industries. Our systems are operated in warehouses, domestic applications manufacturing plants, paper mill plants, and even a plant handling polyester fibre, tobacco factories, factories producing detergent, and assembly lines for visual, audio and household electronics products.

Integrated control systems designed by an experienced team ensure error-free performance in our Carton Handling Systems. Inter-Roller also fulfills our customer's specifications to integrate bar-coding systems, key=pad programmable systems, Just-in-Time storage and sorting systems, palletising and lifting systems, and production buffer storage system.

Our systems come fully integrated with computer and PLC controls. Our CAD-based design also allows us to integrate our Pallet Handling Systems with bar code and keypad programmable systems in multi-floor systems, to automatic storage and retrieval systems and to production work-in-progress buffer systems.

Our Carton handling Systems handle 400 to 2400 cartons per hour efficiently. The automated process greatly reduces our customer's manpower requirements.
