High Bay Bin Handling System and ASRS
The bins are transported automatically by continuous conveyor system and these are stored and retrieved automatically by stacker cranes. The bin conveyor system transport bins from the High Bay store area to the production areas such as ware-wash, equipment and tray assembly.

Returning Empty Bins and Glass Baskets
The empty bins and glass baskets are returned to the ware-wash area to recycle the conveyances. The glass baskets are sent to the inbound areas where the dirty glasses are loaded into the baskets and then send through the glass washers. The returned bins are loaded with cleaned items and are then sent to the production area.
